Nature and exercise are part of my life.

Already during my professional training as a veterinarian in Montréal, Canada, I found my way through the noisy metropolis to the yoga studio in the quiet old town. 

In the course of life, be it the challenges at work, with the family or in everyday life, the yoga practice has always carried me and brought me forward.  

For this reason, I decided to do an internationally recognised yoga teacher training. My knowledge of anatomy and a good body awareness were a great help. 

I have now been teaching for several years, and continue to train with great enthusiasm. Yoga is a life attitude, yoga is a path, yoga is mindfulness. The practice of physical exercises, breathing, positive thinking and meditation helps adults as well as children to connect with themselves, body, mind & soul all in balance. Our thought patterns change, which gives space for a new horizon. 

Practicing, experiencing and being able to pass this on is a wonderful realization.
